She is responsible for answering your requests for pickup/deliveries, tracking the whereabouts of your shipments and for any help with invoice creation and airway bill printing. She is a result oriented person who will update you with all your logistical services and provide practical and up to date information on your shipment. Where ever your shipment may be, she is the first one to keep the track of the movement in order to provide you the most accurate and timely information.
